Price, Payment And Currencies

The buyers need to undertake that all the details provided to the seller while ordering are accurate and its delivery will be correct. The seller reserves all the rights to obtain validation of the credit card or debit card details before accepting the buyer's order. The buyer should have enough amount on the card to cover the full cost of the goods ordered.

VAT

The UAE government has introduced VAT of 5% from 1January 2018. VAT will be applicable on all the goods and services in the UAE. All orders placed on Spogprint.com through the website or by phone or email will be charge 5% VAT. All products that displayed in our site included the 5% of VAT on the displayed amount.

A. File Submissions

• Mistakes made by you on spelling and numbers
• Low quality of the images that you uploaded on our site or send by email, whatsapp and wetransfer file.
• Design errors or color selection errors happened in the artwork file created and submitted by you.
• Mistakes made by you regarding product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
• Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with spogprint.com specifications.
• Color match guarantee given without any kind of hard copy proof approval.
• Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.

B. Shipping and Delivery

• Wrong shipping address, undeliverable packages during delivery attempts, or other errors made by you.
• Damages to the products arising after the delivery.
• Lost your product after delivery to the given delivery address.
• Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims from us. We will reprint any kind of orders damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.
• We have all the right to get back the original order before starting reprinting or refunding your order.

C. Shipping and Arrival Times

• The shipping times can vary, and Spogprint assumes no responsibility for delays caused by our shipping carriers. In certain cases your order may arrive late due to breakdown of equipment.
• Orders that exceed the 30 day grace period will be discarded.
